I hate having to deal with Dell because I get passed between a hundred different people, none of which can understand me! It\'s a nightmare to get anything done...However, I was once put through to Origin Storage, who seem to supply Dell with their legacy spares and are UK based!! The service was excellent, they new exactly what I needed and sent me a matrix of all the Dell spares they supply. The prices were not exactly cheap, but everything else was excellent! ...
