The staff are friendly and the tech guys really know there stuff, as regards to above reviewer, the returns side is just like any other Buisness, if it\'s faulty then sometimes they have to send to manufacturer. However the low prices and the knowledge that these guys have is far superior compared to other stores in Cardiff...

This is a very spacious shop with a vast variety of products at low prices. The staff are extremely knowledgable and can answer any technical questions you have. HOWEVER, against this seeming excellence, if you return any goods under guarantee you may be very disappointed. You may be kept waiting for long periods in the shop and will be asked to pay if you want anything tested for faults. They refuse point blank to replace items under guarantee saying they must be sent back to the factory. You will be expected to wait up to six weeks for replacements. It will also be suggested that you buy another item to keep your computer running if you cant wait. Nice sales tactics !! Conclusion: Great shop as long as nothing goes wrong wth your purchase .........
