I have so far over the years purchased at least 5 Lenovo/IBM Thinkpad laptops from Shymatronics. I have always had good service, sensible advice and not too bad on price either. But the best thing was the kindly and intelligent nature help and advice to meet my needs and an ability to customise exactly each of the Thinkpad\'s to specifically meet my needs, by changing various parts and/or the accessories for me, usually whilst I waited.
