I find the staff to be condescending. Whenever I go in the shop, they make me feel indferior. However, they retain my custom through good service and resonable prices. They are very quick and can solve most computor programs. Overall, worth a try....

Whatever attitudes prevailed before, I can honestly say that the agent at Eastwood dealt with me in the utmost courtesy, everything was fully and helpfully explained including the various options on a computer for my needs. Unfortunately I damaged the case prior to installation and again the speedy process of economical replacement and a free installation of all the components with a great deal of patience was very impressive. Highly recommended!!...

I agree with the other post, they are very arogant. I bought a SATA hard drive, which was a very good price, and a 22\" tft monitor only to fond they wanted another £2 for the SATA cable!!! I spent nearly £200 and he wouldnt throw the cable in, then had the cheek to tell me that a card payment incurred an extra charge. When I got the hdd home it wouldnt work on my board, so I returned it to be told they must be tested for the next 24hrs. Whilst I was waiting I found out on Google the drive was incompatible with my motherboard, so went back and told them, they did swap it ok. That was after boasting to me that he had two computing degrees. Despite that, he didnt know I needed to downgrade the hdd jumper to SATA1 to be compatible....

Very eager to help and the best prices I could find! Seem to have pretty much everything in stock or if they do not have it then they have it at their other shops. No parking outside though....

This shop (if thats what they call it) is the worst ever! Its dark and dingy the staff are arrogant and don\'t want to help. The manager is even worse, there is no point taking to him unless you are prepared to drag him over the counter and give him a beating! Stay away. Goto cougar or Energy. You will get better service and more help if things do go wrong...
