never had an issue with these guys, always helpful and know what they are doing...

Took our PC in to be repaired. The computer was in the shop for 5 days before we phoned up to see how it was doing and was told that it was ready to be collected. Thought it was a little odd that if it was ready to be collected then why hadn\'t they phoned us to tell us that? When we picked the computer up I enquired about the problem, but wasn\'t given an explanation of the problem or what had been done to remedy the problem because the person who\'d fixed it wasn\'t in. We paid £379, which I thought was a little steep but still around the estimate they\'d given me and I had agreed to. When we got the computer home and set up it was immediately obvious that the computer hadn\'t been fixed, the same problem was still there. We took the computer back to the shop where a man had a \'tinker\' with it and told us that it was fine and he wasn\'t prepared to take any further look at the computer. They haven\'t fixed the problem, the problem is still there in all it\'s glory and I haven\'t been able to communicate any further with them, all I get on the phone is \"it\'s fine\" or surly silence and a glare if I dare visit them in their shop. They have refused all requests for a refund or a partial refund. Our next option is to pursue them through the small claims court but we haven\'t decided if we want the stress of that considering the low prices of a new, basic computer. Very unscrupulous people with questionable business practices! Consumer law apparently means nothing to them. Regret taking the computer to them in the first place, it has caused so much stress....

We have been using pc parts for a couple of yrs now & even bought our laptop & printer from them. They are by no means the cheapest place we\'ve seen & buy all our ink & other material from them & will continue to do so.They are very efficient & friendly & don\'t make you feel stupid like other places do. Also just around the corner which is handy too....

I first heard of PC Parts through a family member and tried them after I had a problem with my computer, I had previously gone to Pc world and was far from satisfied with the service, so was very pleased with the friendly sevice at PC Parts, they don\'t try to blind you with science, the prices they charge makes you wonder how they make any profit and they are fast and extremely efficient. I also buy all my printable dvd\'s from there as they are the cheapest around, Once you have tried PC Parts, I doubt you will want to try anywhere else, Credit where it\'s due....
