I have been using daw Computers since 2003/2004 ish. I have always had a lot of respect for the men and ladies that work here because they have always been polite to me at all times. I used to go quite regularly, always hearing terrible stories from other people about the store but not having problems myself until I too had an issue with a motherboard, very unhelpfull, customer service from the IT expert (the worst!) really couldn\'t have cared less, especially when I spend approximately £1,000 a year, until recently it was all old motherboards and cheap parts till someone who worked there pointed them in the right direction to good bits of kit, prices have gone up too!!, If you have a problem with a component, don\'t expect to get it fixed you have already lost your money....
